  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp capers, drained

Method

  1. Step 1

    Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the veal cutlets and shake off the excess.

    Heat 2 tbsp butter and the oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook the veal 2 minutes per side until lightly golden, then set aside.
