Memberships
New members start with a 30-day free trial and are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you are charged for a paid membership and are unhappy, email us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Store Products
Unused kitchen products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email info@barbarisharif.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back within the return window using the instructions provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items received after this window may not be eligible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exceptions
- Perishable goods such as pantry foods or consumables cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
- Digital content and downloads are non-returnable once accessed, though the membership money-back guarantee above still applies.
- Gift cards and items marked final sale are non-refundable.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery are not eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
