Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Barbari's Kitchen (the "Site"), operated by BARBARITAS LLC. By using the Site or purchasing a membership or product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership and Billing

Memberships are offered on a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) basis and begin with a 30-day free trial for new members.

Auto-renewal, in plain language: When your free trial ends, your paid membership starts automatically and your payment method is charged. Your membership then renews by itself at the end of each billing period -- every month for monthly plans, every year for annual plans -- at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will notify you before your trial converts to a paid plan.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing info@barbarisharif.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling during your free trial means you are never charged.

4. Store Purchases

Product prices are shown in US dollars and may change. We may decline or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our recipes or content; not to share your account; and not to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

6. Intellectual Property

All recipes, text, photographs, logos, and design on the Site are owned by BARBARITAS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own household use only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and BARBARITAS LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BARBARITAS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. 10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
