  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled
  • 12 oz fettuccine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 3 green onions

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the fettuccine in salted water to al dente, then drain.

  2. Step 2

    Toss the shrimp with half the Cajun seasoning. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and cook the shrimp 1.5 minutes per side until pink, then remove.

  3. Step 3

    Add the remaining butter and garlic to the pan and cook 1 minute.

  4. Step 4

    Pour in the cream and the rest of the Cajun seasoning and simmer 3 minutes.
