Stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on floured parchment, pressing from the center outward.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
Scatter the mozzarella evenly, then lay the pepperoni on top.
Brush the crust edge with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Slide onto the hot sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until the crust is golden and the pepperoni edges crisp up.
