Whisk the sauce ingredients together.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the garlic 30 seconds.
Pour in the sauce and simmer 2 minutes until thick and glossy.
Toss the fried chicken to coat, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately over rice.
